The momentohs® SmartTrack Call &
Billing Analysis is a powerful call
costing and management system. Its
Call Billing rate table is flexible
and can be configured for pulse
or duration-based operations. Charges
can be made sensitive to peak and
off-peak periods of the day, weekdays,
and public or national holidays.
Users can monitor the costs per
trunk, for each group of extensions
or by reviewing the call destinations.
Profitability analyses can be performed
to fine-tune pricing to extract
incremental revenues. All charges
can be posted directly to the guest
folio on-line.
Any PABX system that has a Call
Data Record (CDR) output and/or
a Property Management System (PMS)
port can be integrated with momentohs®.
The presence of a PMS port within
the PABX is essential for the execution
of commands such as blocking and
unblocking room telephone extensions,
collection of guest messages, and
arrangement of wake-up calls from
the front desk.
