Smart Card

A digitally encoded card usually containing a variety of information about the individual(s) authorized to use it. The information can be accessed by a card reader into which the card is inserted. The information may include access codes (for opening doors), account numbers (merchant account numbers as well as banking account numbers), and electronic cash (which is withdrawn from the card as a purchase is made).

Passport Reader/Scanners

Scans and captures information from Passports, Visa, or personal ID cards, regardless of its background colors or fonts, and extract all the textual information and photo with the help of image processing and OCR technology. This is helpful in at check in desks for faster data capture.

Digital Video Server (DVS)

Digital Video Server (DVS) designed for the hospitality market as a turnkey entertainment solution, providing guests with satellite / cable TV, pay per view / on demand video, internet access and in some cases, games and on screen guest information. Televisions in hotel guest rooms can usually be linked to the digital video servers via a set-top box and are controlled by hotel guests using a wireless keyboard or remote.

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)

RFID also called as dedicated Short Range Communication (DSRC) is a system that allows for the identification and remote tracking of products, pets, and even people through the use of radio waves. System reads the radio frequency and transfers the information to a processing device. RFID tag can carry information from a simple level to a complex level.

IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is a computerized system that allows a person, typically a telephone caller, to select options from a voice menu and otherwise interact with the computer phone system. IVRs are used for automated wake up calls, requesting services, etc.

Intelligent Building Management System

IBMS is configured in a hierarchical manner, to control, monitor and manage all the equipment installed in the building. This equipment can include heating, ventilation, cooling, security, lighting etc. Most of the Building Management Systems supports protocols like BacNet, Lon, Modbus, SOAP, & XML.

Energy Management Systems

Energy Management provides efficient, lowest-cost climate control while increasing guest comfort through faster target temperature attainment. These systems ranges from controlling packaged terminal air conditioners (PTACs) to advanced centrally controlled systems for fan coil units (FCUs) where heated floors, proportional valves and even automated drapery control become part of the EMS equation. System helps in reducing energy cost by monitoring and controlling energy equipment.
