Hotel Mgt Schools to use Seven Seas momentohs®

In two recent agreements signed, the Maldives College of Higher Education and the International Hotel School, Sri Lanka have chosen Seven Seas' momentohs® Hospitality Management System as a standard in their Hospitality Management courses.

The move sets momentohs® on the path to acceptance as an industry standard. momentohs® is a comprehensive IT system for the hospitality industry.

The system has eleven modules that can work together or interface with modules from other vendors. The modules are Front Office, Back Office, Call Tracking, Event Management, Web reservation Portal, Central Reservation, Spa, CRM, POS, Fixed Assets and Food and Beverage. Further modules are to be released and they are HR, Fleet Management, Maintenance Management, Club Management and Golf Management. The modular nature of the momentohs® system allows easy customization to suit the specific requirements of clients.

Combinations of modules can be seamlessly integrated with existing systems while providing adequate facilities to add more modules as required. Its flexibility enables integration with a variety of popular systems, such as interactive TV, FIT/Agent online bookings, door locking systems, and PABX and mini-bar sales.

For five to seven star chain properties, it encompasses the entire spectrum of a hotel’s operations at property level and Head Office central MIS.
For medium size properties from 50-250 rooms, which require reduced functionality at a lower price and yet manage its operations efficiently.
For small to medium size resort or city boutique hotels with less than 50 room, it provides better features than off the shelf software at a competitive price and yet scale up to sprint when required.
