The System Administration
module creates and maintains all
master data centrally, including
the User and User group profiles
and allows the User Administrator
to define different accessibility
rights to different modules and
functionalities. The module can
also generate master data reports.
This module assigns
access to databases based on User
defined access privileges in the
form of User identifications and
passwords. Access control can be
provided at the database, application
module, Group, User, transaction,
or report level.
There are more
than 250 reports built into the
application for day-to-day operations
and management of the property.
As a value add-on, the Crystal Report®
interface tool-a flexible, fully
customisable report generation application-is
provided across all the modules
for generating any number of customised
reports from the data captured within
momentohs®.
