Fixed Asset

The Fixed Asset maintains all the information on assets owned by the property and performs depreciation calculations as applicable. Calculations are journalised, posted to the Financial and then archived to keep records of assets at timely intervals. The module can be used independently or as a fully integrated part of momentohs®.

momentohs® Fixed Asset module also allows capturing of information such as Hire Purchase and lease details. In addition, the asset tracking of single or multi location is made simple with the ability to cater for multi location and flexible profiles. Computation of tax allowances i.e. initial and annual allowances is also facilitated.
