momentohs® Fixed Asset module maintains a comprehensive record of all assets owned by the property and performs depreciation calculations as and when applicable. Calculations are journalised, posted to the momentohs® Financial module and then archived to keep records of assets at timely intervals. The module can even be used independently or as a fully integrated part of momentohs® enterprise.

The Fixed Asset module also allows capturing of information such as Hire Purchase and lease details. In addition, the asset tracking of single or multiple locations is made simple with the ability to cater for multi-location and flexible profiles. Computation of tax allowances - i.e. initial and annual allowances is also facilitated. Fixed Asset is synergistically integrated with Inventory Control, Finance (for day-to-day activities) and the Business Intelligence module providing analysis based on budgets and depreciation outputs.
