momentohs® Central Reservation System (CRS) enables an entire chain of hotels to be centrally managed by a single reservation office. This application is web-based and maintains room rates, contracts and allotments, guest information, and room inventories of all properties belonging to various hotel chains existing in the central database. In addition, this database can be accessed via a web browser by the central reservations office.

momentohs® CRS also incorporates reservation of facilities and leisure activities within the hotel/resort e.g. outlets, jungle trekking, scuba diving and more, which allows charges to a single folio. This facility can be enhanced for customer loyalty programmes managed by the property or chain of properties.

Real-time analysis and overview of the CRS environment allows the manager to assume full control of the operations of the CRS centre and respective properties.

Security

In order to ensure that all online reservations are generated only by Guests with a genuine interest in your property, the web Interface will not record any reservation details unless they are accompanied by a valid credit card number. This requirement will prevent any bogus reservations from being entered through the internet at the expense of your business.
